Return Policy


1. We accept refund for regular purchase and wholesale purchase after 15 days of delivery. These apply to defective from the manufacturer and damaged from shipping. After these days indicated you must contact us via email.


The risk-free trial promotion package purchase after 30 days of delivery is accepted without any reason for return. That's why it's risk-free. (Only for wholesale).

3. Unfortunately, we don't issue a refund for the initial shipping and the return shipping. The customer will be responsible for the shipping unless the product is defective or damaged from shipping.
 

4. We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

5. Product must be sent back to us in original condition, undamaged, unused, good condition with original packaging and tags.

 

6.Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured(optional). Customers will be held responsible for products lost or damaged during the return shipping.

7. We aim to satisfy our customers and aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that a product is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All products will be inspected on return.

8 Funds will be credited within 5-7 days of receipt of returned product pending qualification and subject to the above criteria.
 

9. For wrong product, defective return, you are guaranteed free return shipping and we will cover the cost of the shipping of the replacement item.
